Happy Sunday

Meet AnnaLynn - My darling little cousin/the eight year old fashionista.

(Blazer: Urban Outfitters, Chambray Shirt: Forever 21, Full-length Skirt: American Apparel, Loafers: Aldo)

Hi, hi! Hope everyone is having a lovely Sunday afternoon, I certainly am. I don't know if there's anything more relaxing than enjoying the nice fall breeze, listening to good music, and sipping on an incredible cup of coffee.

These pictures are from the other day. As you can see, I was completely serious when I said you all would be seeing me wearing the American Apparel full-length chiffon skirts very often. This camel color is just too good, it goes with basically everything. And may I now formally introduce you to my new favorite (not to mention, the most comfortable) pair of shoes in my closet. I am in love with these wine colored loafers from Aldo. They are just too easy to throw on in the mornings, and I never have to worry about my feet hurting throughout the day with these babies. Also, check out my cousin, AnnaLynn. Is she just adorable, or what? She's eight years old, and she has already acquired a style completely of her own, and on her own. She picks out all of her outfits by herself, and they are all incredibly stylish. Props, kid, props.

Midnight Make-Up

Yes, it is Saturday night, and yes, I have sat at home and played around in my make-up. I'm also aware how completely girly that sounds. Haha. Here's my attempt at actually trying to do make-up well. I've been slackin' lately. Lol. Mostly due to the fact that I wake up with barely enough time in the mornings to even find matching pairs of shoes. But that will be changing very soon. I'm going to make myself start getting up in time to actually enjoy the mornings... Not to mention, look presentable.

Just Another Day

(Studded Tank: Urban Outfitters, Vest: Vintage, Skirt: American Apparel, Shoes: Urban Outfitters)

My favorite piece for fall, so far, has been this amazing wine colored chiffon full-length skirt from American Apparel. Skirts like this one tend to go with everything. I have rounded up about four different colors in this style so far. They are just so easy. Less thought = more sleep for me in the mornings. Haha. I'm sure it looks as if these skirts are the only things I wear... But honestly, here lately, that is pretty much true. Oh, and trust me, you will be seeing me wear them many more times to come. :)

Swedish Inspiration

Why are Swedish people so dang cute? I mean, they all have this gorgeous blonde hair and this effortless style, that is both, completely eclectic and ridiculously chic. Back a while, I found this Swedish fashion blog hosting website, while browsing the internet, and completely went crazy over these two girls' personal style. If you're in need for some fashion inspiration, I definitely encourage you to check their blogs out (even though you probably won't be able to understand a word of it). Bottom line, yeah, I definitely want to go to Sweden.

Black & White

Sorry for the lack of posting lately. I've been trying to get back into the swing of things. Busy, busy, busy. I'll be posting a lot soon. Lots of new things to come! Xo

Autumn Is On Its Way...

Nothing excites me more than when the weather begins to cool down and the feel of autumn is finally in the air. With this being said, this past week has felt heavenly. I have even seen a few leaves begin to change colors and make their way to the ground. I can't wait until it gets cool enough to wear coats and scarves. I have desperately missed layering. No worries, though, it's definitely on its way.

Also, I would kill to be in New York right now. Tonight, Fashion's Night Out, then comes New York Fashion Week. Why must I live so far away?

Florence + the Machine Concert

I do realize this happened long in the past, but to be quite honest, I forgot I had never posted the pictures. I just so happened to be browsing through the images on my computer, and stumbled upon these. I don't exactly remember the date of the concert (which is weird of me, for I usually remember pointless information, such as dates), but oh my goodness, it was amazing! She puts on one of the greatest shows I have yet to see. Also, I find it no coincidence that her album is titled "Lungs", because believe me, that lady has some pipes! I have, for so long, been such a huge fan of Florence Welch and her music (not to mention her style!), and to see her perform live was just the cherry on top.
