New York Minute

(Dress: Topshop, Cardigan: Savoir-Faire, Coat: Persunmall, Boots: Acne Studios, Bag: Mulberry)

My last day spent in New York looked a little something like this. Since I had to wear the same outfit all day and through the night traveling, my main priority was comfort. And let me tell you, there are few things in life comfier than a babydoll dress and tights. Luckily for me, I snagged this great plaid babydoll dress from Topshop store in SoHo. I layered it with my long cardigan (which also doubles as an incredible blanket for long plane rides) from Savoir-Faire for a little mix of prints. To tie the colors back together, I topped the outfit with a black jacket. I feel, as a wardrobe staple, everyone needs a chic black jacket, and this particular one from Persunmall is incredible. I love that the length allows the coat to easily function as both dressy and casual. Also, the lack of lapels really struck me as unique. Additionally, upon its arrival, I was incredibly impressed by its great quality of fabric. Just a win of all sorts, if you ask me.
