We're going back to basics, back to the tried and true jeans and tee combo. But just because these wardrobe staples have stood the test of time, doesn't mean they can't be given new life. For me, that's where layering, a bold lip, and fun accessories come into play. I found this straw tote in my mom's closet just the other day, and I haven't put it down since. Thanks, Mom! Not only that, but I think to look pulled together while sporting casual pieces, it all comes down to getting the right fit. Right now, I'm really obsessed with Never Elsewhere's graphic tees. The fit is incredible and the fabric is unbelievably soft and lightweight. Yep, so good for summer. As for the jeans, I just recently found myself the perfect pair of vintage Levi's 501s (finally!!). You guys, believe the hype. They really are too good to be true and fit in a way no other jeans can compete. Honestly, I'm completely stumped as to why it took me so long to make such a cornerstone-of-my-wardrobe purchase.
